Accessibility at Canard

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. It has not been independently audited, and some parts may fall short.

What we've done

• A "Skip to main content" link and visible keyboard focus outlines.
• Labeled form fields, with errors announced to screen readers and an email alternative when a form can't be sent.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and pages that work when zoomed.
• A still-image version of the homepage video for visitors who turn on reduced motion; phones always get the still version. The video has no sound.

Known limitations

• Online ordering happens on Toast, a separate service whose accessibility we don't control.
• Directions open in Google Maps and social links open on Instagram.
