A Little Bit About Us
In France, coffee is always served with sugar cubes (and often a little square of dark chocolate.) The sugar cube is dunked into a warm cup of coffee and then nibbled to get all the sugary-coffee goodness! This process is commonly known as 'faire un canard.'
Oh yeah, 'canard' also means duck... quack quack!
